Brian Pienovi is and has been a major player in the Portland market in business, social and philanthropic community.
Brian has dedicated his time to making Portland a great city to live in.
Brian has personally closed over 2,500 transactions in his 40 year career. He is a past president of the million dollar club, and has been voted broker/owner of the year by PMAR and industry peers. He started his Real Estate career during his senior year in college.
He has sold many homes 3-4 times over. People keep coming back because of trust in Brian and Andrew.
He knows intimate details on almost every Portland neighborhood and the people who influence them.
Brian led a group of colleagues to found Realty Trust in 1997. He later in 2016 made the decision to sell his majority ownership position in Realty Trust, and lead his partners through this transaction then created the Pienovi Properties Brand with his son and partner Andrew Pienovi.
Andrew leads the firm but with relentless collaboration between the two grinding out negotiations on every deal to the best of their ability and to always do what’s best for the client.
Brian also has loved coaching all of his sons in basketball and baseball and now coach’s his daughter’s basketball team. He also loves playing golf with family and close friends and loves to compete.
Brian has been a philanthropic leader and is a long member of the board of SEI and has been involved with Habitat for Humanity, New Avenues for Youth, the University of Portland, the Positive Coaching Alliance, and several other non profits.
