Patrick is a native Oregonian who was raised in Portland and has spent most of his life living, working and exploring many of the city’s most cherished neighborhoods - Grant, Irvington, Alameda, Laurelhurst, Hollywood, Hawthorne, Portland Heights, South Waterfront and the Pearl District. His local history provides decades of knowledge that he shares with his clients for insight into the character and evolution of Portland’s distinct residential areas.
When representing a seller or buyer Patrick prides himself on trust and truly going above-and-beyond what is expected of a real estate agent. His proactive attitude with buyers shines during the course of a purchase - sound guidance in drafting an offer, helping navigate the due diligence period and remaining client connected through closing and after. For a seller he provides confident direction and trade resources to help get the property market-sharp and show-ready. His personal communication and client advisement stays rock steady throughout the entire transaction - from “listed” to “sold”. His strong negotiating skills have been instrumental in situations where challenging sale agreements, which were near terminating, remained held together to successfully cross the finish line.
Patrick has years of experience listing and selling properties of all types – single family, condominium, townhome and commercial condo - and at all price points, from a modest studio in the Pearl District to a custom multi-million dollar view property in Portland Heights and everything in between.
On the personal side Patrick is a very artistic and athletic person. He has an eye for design and a love of sport. He also has been a performing musician since his teens. When not at the office you’ll find Patrick at the gym, hanging with family and friends or checking in at the hair salon he owns in the Pearl District.
